Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: For Domestic Orders (USA) and Canada we use USPS Mail, and your package will arrive in 3 - 7 days.
For non-USA orders we use USPS Global Priority Mail (www.usps.com) or Air Letter Post. Delivery times are usually 1 week. (sometimes even less, sometimes a little longer depending on customs inspection). 

Q: What Payment Options do I have?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and PayPal payments. International orders paid by check must be drawn on USA banks only.

Q: When will I get my digital downloads?

A: For the quickest downloads use PayPal; Credit Card payment through our site can take up to 2 days to process. You will be receive a download llnk and instructions by email as soon as your Credit Card payment is processed.

Q: Is there another way to access my download?

A: Download links can also be accessed through your account. Log into your account at the store. Once logged in, click the "Your Account " link (right by where you logged in) then on Order History.  Click on the "View" link for the order and the download link is on that page.
